About
Our Story
Sometimes we begin our journey out of necessity. Scout Logix started with the need to get our daughter, Brooke, in front of college soccer coaches amid COVID where games were limited to non-existent, coaches were on travel bans and her senior year was rapidly approaching. Our daughter was a member of the NCAA and also listed on numerous other websites with some basic information. But what we realized was her full story was not. The few colleges coaches we interacted with were asking so many more questions. We realized she needed better representation to tell her story to a recruiting coach. After sitting down as a family and discussing the challenge and coming up with a variety of solutions, we realized that we would need to create a set of tools that would market her personal brand to college coaches. Brooke became interested in the idea and quickly asked if this could be something she could do to help other athletes as well. After talking with other parents of high school athletes, we quickly realized that there was a need for branding young athletes and Scout Logix was born.
For us, this became a blessing in disguise as well. Brooke who was already working part-time in marketing would now have a way to sharpen her skills and begin a company with her family. From completing competitive market analysis to contracts and more, this has been an exceptional learning opportunity for us to teach our daughter about running a business. Our goal is that once she graduates college, Scout Logix will be a company she runs full-time and is able to help young athletes in their process to find the college of their dreams.
Scout Logix is a family and woman-owned and business.
